Where do you deliver and what does it cost?

We deliver to England, Scotland & Wales (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) sent via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class - £5.05 (<2KG)

24 hours (includes cover of loss). 

Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class - £8.05 (>2-5KG)

24 hours (includes cover of loss). 

Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class - £3.95 (<2KG)

2-3 business Days (includes cover of loss). 

Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class - £7.05 (>2–5KG)

2 business days (includes cover of loss). 

When will my order be Dispatched?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, most orders are sent next day but please allow up to 2-3 days buisness days, for delivery to be despatched

Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you make your order Friday, Saturday or Sunday then it will be shipped the following week. Please bear this in mind when you are choosing the shipping method for your delivery. If you require an item/s for a future date please contact us via bambamvegan@gmail.com

Collection ?

Ordering a cake for collection? No problem. We are in our kitchen in Henley-on-Thames, Monday - Friday.

An email confirmation will be sent to you with your collection date/time. If your proposed collection is not suitable, please get in touch via bambamvegan@gmail.com and we will be happy to rearrange.

Upon collection, please ring flat 8 via the intercom (small gate) and have your confirmation email to hand. A member of staff will come and greet you with you package.

Please do not enter the main building.

Returns/ Refunds?

Due to the perishable nature of the products we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns. Please be aware that items may be miss handled during transit. If your item/s arrive damaged, please feel free to contact bambamvegan@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving the order and include the following :-

     1. Order number (e.g. #1111)
     2. Photograph or damaged goods.

How do I change my order ?

Contact bambamvegan@gmail.com within 24hours of ordering and include:

     1. Order number (e.g. #1103)
     2. The change requested (e.g. I want to change the flavour of the cake order)

International Shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK. Due to the nature of our business we are unable to provide this service.

Does the order come with Invoice / order information?

No, all of our order information is sent to the customer via email. 

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation

Check your spam or junk mail. If you are still not able to find it, please contact bambamvegan@gmail.com

What if nobody is home?

Please ensure that someone is home at the time of delivery. If nobody is home at the time of delivery your order will be left in a safe place, neighbour, or be sent back to Royal Mail post office. We recommend you collect you item within 24hours. We are not responsible for orders once they are despatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment method by, Master Card, Paypal, Visa, Shop Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Discover, Maestro and Diners Club.

How do I use my discount code?

Using a discount code is easy:

  1. Add the item(s) to your basket
  2. At Checkout enter your discount code in the box marked "discount code"
  3. Hit "Add" to apply the discount to your order.

Are all your products Vegan ?

Yes! All our products are 100 % vegan. We do not use eggs, diary, gelatine, or honey in any of our products.

How long do your products stay fresh ?

Brownies - All of our brownies have a shelf life of 10 days. For a firm texture, you can eat our brownies straight out of the fridge. For a more fudgey/gooey texture, please leave them at room temperature for atleast 1 hour. Our brownies can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Please ensure to wrap them well.

Cakes - All of our cakes have a shelf life of 7 days. We recommend leaving our cakes at room temperature before consuming. Our cakes can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Please ensure to wrap them well.

Short Bread - All of our shortbread have a shelf life of up to 14 days. Please ensure to store in an airtight container, at room temperature.

Macarons - Our macarons are made without any preservatives or shelf life extenders and will keep fresh for 7 days after delivery. We recommend keeping the box in the fridge to ensure maximum longevity. Before consumption, remove from packaging, and allow them to rest at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before eating to enjoy them at their best.

Where can I find a list of the ingredients?

Each individual ingredients list, can be found on each product page.

Do your products contain gluten?

Our new macaron range is completely gluten free however our Cakes, brownies & Shortbread all contain gluten.

Please keep in mind our macarons are prepared in the same kitchen as gluten-containing foods. This is okay for those with mild gluten sensitivities, although this will not be suitable for those with severe gluten intolerance.

Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?

No, not all of our products are suitable for nut allergies. A small range of our shortbread & brownies are nut free. Please keep in mind, that our products are handled in an environment with nuts so this may not be suitable for customers with severe nut allergies, as this is not a nut free kitchen.

Do you use nuts?

We use a wide range of nuts in our kitchen including peanut, pistachios, and almonds. We do our best to prevent cross contamination however, this cannot be guaranteed. If you have a severe nut allergy please be advised this is not a nut free kitchen.

We do use peanuts in our kitchen, we do our best to prevent cross contamination however, this cannot be guaranteed. 

Allergens

Please note everything we produce is made in a kitchen that handles wheat-gluten, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. We cannot guarantee that they do not contain traces of these allergens. Although we do not use or handle dairy, lactose, eggs, honey in our kitchen, we are unable to account for third party cross contamination.
